Aquesta convicci\u00f3 \u00e9s la que ens ha portat a formar part de la International Safeguards For Children In Sport, amb l&#8217;objectiu de garantir que tots els nens i nenes, en qualsevol lloc del m\u00f3n, estiguin protegits mentre practiquen esport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta iniciativa aplega organitzacions de sis continents i busca eradicar l&#8217;ab\u00fas a l&#8217;esport des de la seva arrel. Com ho aconsegueix la International Safeguards For Children In Sport?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\" start=\"1\">\n<li>Promocionant el Comprom\u00eds: Encoratjant les organitzacions a comprometre&#8217;s a protegir els nens en qualsevol lloc i moment en qu\u00e8 practiquin esports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proporcionant Recursos i Orientaci\u00f3: Ofrent recursos i orientaci\u00f3 per recolzar les organitzacions en el seu cam\u00ed cap a la salvaguarda dels nens.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Els vuit salvaguardes internacionals que ha de complir qualsevol organitzaci\u00f3 que vulgui formar part d&#8217;aquesta iniciativa s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\" start=\"1\">\n<li>Tenir una pol\u00edtica de salvaguarda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saber qu\u00e8 fer si hi ha preocupaci\u00f3 per un nen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Donar consells i suport al personal i als nens.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comprendre i abordar els riscos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acordar quins comportaments s\u00f3n acceptables i inacceptables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contractar i formar el personal de manera segura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compartir la salvaguarda amb els col\u00b7laboradors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supervisar, avaluar i aprendre.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan els nens estan segurs en qualsevol ambient, tots en guanyem.
