The 11th Escaparate Awards recognise the work of the Rafa Nadal Foundation

The 11th edition of the Escaparate Awards was held on Friday 27th October, and saw the Rafael Nadal Foundation recognised with the 2017 Solidarity Award “for its work to promote education through sports, making them an aspirational reference for the good of our society and especially for the young people of our country.”

The Foundation’s Director, Claudia Blasi, was on hand to receive the award at the ceremony, which took place at the Palacio de Las Dueñas in Seville. Other prize winners at this edition included the writer Carmen Posadas, the designer Custo Barcelona, Princess Miriam of Hungary, the singers Maria Jiménez and Carmen Flores, and the journalist Isabel Gemio, amongst others.
