The Foundation attends the United Postcode Lotteries Annual Gala

The Rafa Nadal Foundation was once again present at the annual gala of United Postcode Lotteries, which was held in Amsterdam on 6th February. During the event, the company distributed €341 million to a total of 110 charity organizations, amongst them the Rafa Nadal Foundation.

The Foundation’s President, Ana María Parera, and Director Claudia Blasi received the cheque from the Dutch company. Amongst the hundreds of other invited guests was former US President Bill Clinton, who spoke in the name of the Clinton Foundation on the topic of steps to be taken to combat climate change.

With an important commitment to social causes, United Postcode Lotteries donates half of its income to charities from a variety of different spheres, including education, environment, infancy and health.
