The Foundation keeps assisting the children at the Rafa Nadal Foundation Centers during the state of alarm

Given the current state of alarm due to the COVID-19 health crisis, the Rafa Nadal Foundation team stays committed and involved in the work for the development and well-being of the children and families who are usually attended in our educational centers in Palma and Valencia.
At the center in Palma, we have delivered several economic aids for the acquisition of food and hygiene basic products to those families who are going through difficult situations because of the current crisis. We have specifically given 28 economic aids in the form of bank cards, with which 123 people are benefited from, 68 being children.
Additionally, the children at the Rafa Nadal Foundation Center in Valencia have received a school material kit to ensure access and continue their studies at home. The center staff has delivered activities and contents in printed format to the children, on the subjects from the different schools, so they can continue learning, since a high percentage of families don’t have the resources to access the online learning platforms. In this case, 48 aids have been delivered as school material kits, thus reaching all the children usually assisted in the center. During the next few days, we will deliver another 30 kits to children from Natzaret district who are not participating in the project but also have this need.
