The Rafa Nadal Foundation has been awarded at the ‘Break the circle’ awards of the High Commissioner against child poverty

The High Commissioner against Child Poverty has promoted the ‘Break the Circle Awards’ with which it recognizes the work of organizations, companies and people who have achieved, through their projects, substantial changes in the fight against child poverty in Spain.

These awards have been divided into categories and the Rafa Nadal Foundation has been recognized as the best initiative for the development of healthy lifestyles in childhood.

On Tuesday, June 14, the award ceremony was held at the Reina Sofía Museum in Madrid with the presence of Ernesto Gasto, High Commissioner and José Luis Escrivá, Minister of Inclusion, among other personalities from the sports and business world such as Almudena Cid, Marc Tur or Carolina Martinez.

In this act, Pau Gasol, the Inspiring Girls Foundation, the Fundación Secretariado Gitano, the La Caixa Foundation, the Autonomous University of Barcelona, ​​the Banco Santander Foundation, the Garaje Association, the Municipal Council for Children and Adolescents of Logroño and the Community of Services to Communities SL, in addition to the Rafa Nadal Foundation.

It has been an event promoted with the aim of socially recognizing initiatives in the fight against child poverty, identifying best practices, highlighting the scale of the projects and their social impact, highlighting those disruptive innovations based on knowledge and identifying those people whose commitment with the fight against child poverty they position them as leaders and agents of change.

The event was hosted by Marta Solano, a journalist from RTVE, and enlivened with musical performances by the likes of Conchita.

Representing the Rafa Nadal Foundation, Fani Ginard, responsible for strategic alliances, attended the event, thanking the entire team for this important honorary recognition.
