The Rafa Nadal Foundation commemorates the Day of Sports for Development and Peace (April 6) with a special Sports Week campaign.
At the Rafa Nadal Foundation we want to claim sport in all its forms and promote physical activity and healthy leisure among the beneficiaries of our projects.
The Sports Week will be made up of five special visits to different projects that the Rafa Nadal Foundation has underway. These visits can be viewed through a special landing page: www.fundacionrafanadal.org/deporte365/
In order to access the exclusive content of this landing, users must fill out a form with their personal data that will allow them to view all the videos day by day.We have received UNESCO, which presents the FIT FOR LIFE program, which promotes sport in favor of health, education and equality.
The rest of the week we will receive the visit of professional athletes such as Teresa Perales at the Rafa Nadal Foundation Center in Valencia, who talks with boys and girls about the strength of attitude to achieve goals.
Rafael Nadal visited the Rafa Nadal Foundation Center in Palma de Mallorca, where he talked with minors about the values of sport and carries out different activities with them.
Adriana Cerezo visited the Rafa Nadal Foundation Center in Madrid to talk with boys and girls about taekwondo and her ability to combine studies and sport.
Joaquín Sánchez was with the athletes with intellectual disabilities from the Más Que Tenis de Andalucía program, talking about his sports career and practicing tennis in a group.
The main objective of this special campaign is to bring the beneficiaries of our projects closer to different figures and institutions from the world of sport to claim the importance of this tool for the development of people. With the main message of the campaign "At the Rafa Nadal Foundation, every day is Sports Day" we want to claim that we use this tool 365 days a year and we are convinced of its great power.
