For what purpose do we process your personal data?
The purpose of collecting your personal data is, on the one hand, to manage the donation made by you and to issue the corresponding donation certificate should you request one, and, on the other hand, if you have given your consent, to send the Fundación Rafa Nadal newsletter to the e-mail address that you have supplied.

How long do we keep your data?
The Fundación Rafa Nadal will keep your data for the legally established period in order to respond to potential claims about failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations on data protection or on any other matter. • Right to rectification: You have the right to correct your personal data if they are inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Right to erasure: You have the right to ask for your personal data to be erased or removed when there is no good reason for us to continue using them, although there are some exceptions.
  • Right to withdraw consent: You may withdraw consent at any time. Consent withdrawal does not affect the legality of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

Under certain circumstances, the data subjects may also request that the processing of their data be restricted, in which case we will only keep them to make or defend claims. A restriction on data processing may only be requested when:

  • The data subject has exercised his or her rights to rectify data or to object to their processing and the Fundación Rafa Nadal is in the process of determining whether or not it is appropriate to deal with the request.
  • The data has been unlawfully processed, which would determine the erasure or deletion of data, but the data subject objects to that.
  • The data are no longer necessary but the data subject asks for them to be restricted because he or she needs them to prepare for, make or defend claims.

The data subjects also have the right to data portability, which makes it possible to receive data provided by the data subject during the use of the website in a structured format to enable the data subject to store them and also to transmit them to another data controller.

The above-mentioned rights can be exercised by sending a letter, to which a copy of your ID document must be attached, to the registered address of Fundación Rafa Nadal, which is C.
