The More Than Tennis schools are distributed throughout the national territory
Objective and Methodology
With the More Than Tennis project, we promote the practice of this sport among young individuals with intellectual disabilities, affiliated with Special Olympics Spain.
In addition to improving psychomotor skills such as dexterity or coordination, athletes participating in the program internalize attitudes and behaviors like effort and perseverance, acquire healthy habits, and strengthen their sense of belonging and integration into society.
Through More Than Tennis, we provide participants with an environment to share experiences, make friendships, have fun, strive to improve daily, reinforce their self-esteem, and more.
