On December 22, 2010, the first charity event of the Rafa Nadal Foundation took place. The Caja M\u00e1gica in Madrid was the scene of a solidarity match between the founding patron of the Foundation, Rafael Nadal, and Roger Federer, with the main and sole objective of raising funds for the projects of our Foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The afternoon was full of surprises, among them, a small concert by David Bisbal before the match began. The man from Almer\u00eda also wanted to participate in our event and thus show his most altruistic side. Later, Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer delighted all the attendees with a great match between them. That afternoon, neither of them won the match, but the only champions were the children for whom the Foundation has worked since its creation.
