THE RAFA NADAL FOUNDATION CENTER IN PALMA HOSTS THE MEETING OF THE REGIONAL COUNCIL OF THE SPANISH ASSOCIATION OF FOUNDATIONS IN THE BALEARIC ISLANDS<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Rafa Nadal Foundation<\/strong>, in collaboration with Cl\u00ednica Baviera<\/strong> and Fundaci\u00f3n Baviera Responsable<\/strong>, is launching a new edition of its annual eye check-ups<\/strong> for the children and adolescents who attend the Rafa Nadal Foundation Centers<\/strong> in Madrid, Valencia, and Palma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This partnership, which focuses on safeguarding children\u2019s visual health, aims to prevent and detect potential vision problems<\/strong>, essential for their proper development, learning, and overall well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last year, three check-up sessions were carried out in each center<\/strong>, providing care to a total of 402 children and adolescents<\/strong>. This year, the professional team from Cl\u00ednica Baviera will once again visit the three centers, underlining the importance of annual vision check-ups<\/strong> during childhood and adolescence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The scheduled dates are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • November 17\u201318:<\/strong> Rafa Nadal Foundation Center in Valencia<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • December 16\u201317:<\/strong> Rafa Nadal Foundation Center in Madrid<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • March 9\u201310\u201311:<\/strong> Rafa Nadal Foundation Center in Palma<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    During the sessions, all the children will receive a pair of sunglasses to protect their eyesight. Those who show visual problems requiring a more in-depth ophthalmological examination will be attended to at Cl\u00ednica Baviera<\/strong> centers. In addition, children who need prescription glasses will be able to obtain them completely free of charge at the optical stores associated with the Ruta de la Luz Foundation<\/strong>, in collaboration with the OneSight EssilorLuxottica Foundation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This initiative highlights the joint commitment of all three organizations to health, education, and the overall well-being of children<\/strong>. Good visual health is crucial for them to learn, study, and develop fully<\/strong>, contributing to their happiness and quality of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
