class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Rafa Nadal Foundation celebrates a decade of work with the children of the La Soledat \u2013 Nou Llevant neighbourhood with an event that brought together social organisations, schools, families and former beneficiaries.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022 More than 1,000 boys and girls took part in the sports activities marking the 10th anniversary of the Rafa Nadal Foundation Centre in Palma.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><br>\u2022 A decade of impact, with more than 3,700 children and families benefiting since 2015.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><br>\u2022 Emotional speech by Mar\u00eda Francisca Perell\u00f3, director of the Foundation, highlighting the strength of joint work.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><br>\u2022 Round table with representatives from Social Services, educational centres and former students, reflecting the value of network-based work.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><br>\u2022 Outdoor community celebration with sports activities, workshops and food trucks open to the community.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Rafa Nadal Foundation Centre in Palma today celebrated its 10th anniversary with an event that brought together institutions, social organisations, schools, families and children benefiting from the programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In line with Universal Children\u2019s Day, celebrated on 20 November, the event highlighted a decade of commitment and network-based work in favour of equal opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Foundation\u2019s director, Mar\u00eda Francisca Perell\u00f3, opened the event with a speech recalling the early days of the centre and the purpose that inspired its creation: \u201cTo offer every child a space to grow, learn and dream through education, sport and psychosocial support.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the round table, moderated by \u00cd\u00f1igo Mart\u00ednez, the centre\u2019s director, representatives from Llevant Sud Social Services, IES Antoni Maura, CEIP Pintor Joan Mir\u00f3 and Jhovany Meneses, a former beneficiary, shared their experiences and reflections on working together with the Foundation and its impact on the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTen years later, seeing the change in so many lives and the commitment of all the professionals and organisations fills us with pride and motivates us to keep moving forward,\u201d Perell\u00f3 highlighted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For her part, Eunate G\u00f3mez, project manager at the Foundation, emphasised that \u201cthe strength of this project model lies in the coordination between the three areas of work \u2014 educational, sports and psychosocial \u2014 and in the dedication of the professional teams at the centres in Palma, Valencia and Madrid.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afterwards, the centre and its surroundings were filled with a festive atmosphere with outdoor sports activities, workshops and food trucks, in a day open to neighbourhood families and the educational community, which saw high participation and a shared sense of celebration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A decade transforming lives<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Since its opening in 2015, the Rafa Nadal Foundation Centre in Palma has supported more than a thousand children and families, promoting their personal and social development through educational reinforcement, sport and psychosocial support programmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Foundation remains committed to continuing to grow and expanding the reach of its centres to ensure that no dream is lost due to a lack of
