Son datos del \u00faltimo censo del a\u00f1o 2011, que se\u00f1ala que casi un 20% de los j\u00f3venes indios no han recibido nunca una&nbsp;educaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los j\u00f3venes que&nbsp;no est\u00e1n escolarizados, m\u00e1s de tres millones han trabajado alguna vez, sin tener en cuenta aquellos ni\u00f1os o j\u00f3venes que se dedican a los&nbsp;trabajos dom\u00e9sticos&nbsp;y otros&nbsp;trabajos no remunerados.<\/p>\n<p>Jawaharlal Nehru&nbsp;fue el primer Primer Ministro de la India independiente y promotor de los&nbsp;principios fundamentales del sistema educativo indio: la&nbsp;pluralidad, el&nbsp;secularismo&nbsp;y la excelencia en la&nbsp;ense\u00f1anza universitaria.
