Whistleblowing Channel
The Rafa Nadal Foundation aims to create an environment of transparency and encourage adherence to the laws and conduct standards established in our code of ethics by all those involved in our work.
For this reason, and in accordance with Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of individuals who report regulatory breaches and combating corruption, we have an internal information system that allows for the reporting of potential misconduct or illegal acts or violations of the foundation’s regulations or governance policy.
Prohibition of Retaliation: The Rafa Nadal Foundation is committed to not taking any form of retaliation against anyone who has made a good-faith report.
Anonymity: Reports can be made anonymously.
Confidentiality: Protecting the identity of the whistleblower and any third parties mentioned in the report, as well as ensuring the security of personal data, is a fundamental principle in handling the reports received.
System Management:: The Foundation’s Compliance Committee is responsible for managing the internal information system according to the procedure established by its governing body.
Rights of Affected Individuals: The privacy, honor, defense, and presumption of innocence of the individuals being investigated and affected are guaranteed.
