At the Rafa Nadal Foundation, we are delighted to start a new academic year at our Rafa Nadal Foundation Centers, where we take pride in providing comprehensive support each year to approximately 450 children, aged 5 to 17.
Through sports, educational activities, and psychosocial support, our multidisciplinary team of professionals, including sports coaches, psychologists, social workers, and educators, works to have a positive impact on the lives of these young people and their families.
In our Rafa Nadal Foundation Centers located in Palma de Mallorca, Valencia, and Madrid, we have been working to offer a safe and enriching space for children.
During the first weeks of October, we welcomed the families and children to a new academic year. In September, our professionals conducted interviews with each family to understand the needs and the state of the child, allowing us to provide a more personalized intervention.
Throughout the school year, children and adolescents come to our centers in the afternoons, where we provide them with a healthy leisure option that keeps them away from undesirable situations.
Here, they find a place to be themselves, build strong friendships, share experiences with other children in vulnerable situations, and enjoy sports and a healthy lifestyle.
During the year, we organize various special schools to offer children the opportunity to enjoy their free time in an enriching way.
With the Easter School, the Christmas School, the Summer School, Carnival, Halloween, and Sports Week, our goal is to provide them with an enjoyable and fun environment, considering important dates and facilitating family reconciliation on school holidays.
We firmly believe in the transformative power of sports and accompany children and young people on their path to a quality future.
